Atanwala is located at the end of Pitawala road. Almost all the people who live in this village are farmers and struggling to make some living with difficult weather conditions such as strong wind and heavy rains. This treacherous weather allow them to cultivate their paddy fields only once a year.
New year was closing in. It’s time of celebration as well as caring and sharing. So we thought of donating some cloths to those who really need it. It was a collective effort that we all got together and collected good quality cloths that most of those are worn once or twice by some and removed from their lockers to give away.
It was very worth for those people and expected their heartfelt gratitude for all those who donated and managed the program from beginning to end.
